As the “city by the lake”, Hendersonville has a deep connection to local waterways. Ensuring best management practices are followed during land disturbance activities can help keep waterways clean. In this presentation, you will hear from the City of Hendersonville’s stormwater department staff, Helen Morrison and Christina Bannister, about the approaches you need to take in land disturbance applications and review. They will review common permit issues, inspection protocols, and enforcement procedures. 

This presentation is part of the Cumberland River Compact’s professional education training series, which promotes best practices and innovative approaches in stormwater.
