Friends of Whites Creek Block Party
The Cumberland River Compact is excited to take part in the 4th Annual Whites Creek Block Party, a celebration of community, creativity, and local culture. Hosted by the Friends of Whites Creek and Vintage Creek Boutique, this family-friendly event brings together neighbors, farmers, artists, and businesses to enjoy an afternoon filled with great food, live music, and local vendors!
The Cumberland River Compact will be there sharing information about our agriculture programs and the important role farmers play in protecting water quality and building healthier communities. From conservation practices that improve soil health to initiatives like the River Friendly Farms Program, we’ll have resources available for anyone interested in learning more about sustainable farming, farm certification, and how agriculture and clean water go hand in hand.
