Scott Strohmeier is one of the Field Team Crew Leaders at the Cumberland River Compact. In his role, Scott works with his crew to accomplish a multitude of projects that include planting and maintenance of trees through the Root Nashville campaign, upkeep of litter traps, operation of heavy equipment, and aiding other divisions of the Compact. Scott has been working in the outdoor industry for just under a decade, with experience ranging from running aquatic programs on Old Hickory Lake through the Scouts of America to teaching rock climbing basics at Climb Nashville. He loves the outdoors and is passionate about maintaining our natural environment. Born and raised in Nashville, Scott loves to go camping and climbing all over Tennessee. He also enjoys playing a good game of Magic the Gathering, or just watching a bit of anime and hanging out with friends.
