Woods to Water Expo

Join the Cumberland River Compact at the First Annual Woods to Water Expo!
This new event brings together professionals, families, landowners, and nature-lovers for hands-on experiences in conservation, natural resource management, and recreation.
The Cumberland River Compact will be there to share about our Mine Land Reforestation Program and how we’re working to restore forests and improve water quality in areas impacted by coal mining. We’ll also have helpful tips and resources for landowners on soil health and water-friendly best management practices (BMPs) that support clean water and resilient landscapes.
