Volunteer: Tree Planting in South Nashville

Join district 16 neighbors for a fun tree-planting event! You’ll get the chance to be active outside, meet your neighbors, and learn more about trees and the Root Nashville campaign.

This planting will take place across multiple properties all across district 16. We will all meet in one place for the kick-off and then split into planting crews. Each crew will carpool from site to site, led by a Root Nashville staff member. (Depending on volunteer response, we may ask for additional volunteer drivers, who would follow a Root Nashville car.) You will sign up for your crew and planting route when you arrive at the kick-off.
