Stormwater Ordinance Revisions, Operating Procedures, and Enforcement with the City of Hendersonville

Stormwater ordinances are vital tools to ensure clean and abundant water in communities across Tennessee. Join Civil and Environmental Consultants (CEC) and the City of Hendersonville staff to discuss recent changes to the city’s Stormwater Ordinance and staff operating procedures. There will be a review of major stormwater ordinance revisions, permitting and inspection procedures, enforcement procedures, and post-construction requirements. The presentation will be led by Janette Wolf and Christine Guy-Baker with CEC.. 

The presentation will be an hour, with up to an hour after the presentation for questions and discussion. The presentation will also be livestreamed, but in-person attendance is encouraged. Please register to receive the livestream link.
