Nashville City Nature Challenge

The City Nature Challenge is a worldwide event that celebrates biodiversity all around us. The Cumberland River Compact will host the Nashville challenge from April 24th – April 27th this year, so mark your calendars and download the iNaturalist app!

This event encourages everyone (parents, kids, families or college students) to learn about the environment all around them. Citizens from countries across the globe make observations using the iNaturalist app and their data is used to help scientists better understand the world’s biodiversity.

Cities compete across the globe for numbers of observations and people involved and we want to see Nashville grow it’s standing in the challenge!
