Increase a Development’s Value with a Multi-Functioning Stormwater System

Stormwater and green infrastructure practices not only need to function properly and with long-term maintenance in mind, but there are many aspects of stormwater to consider that could improve the value of these spaces. Other functions such as aesthetics, recreation, and ecology can increase the usability of a space, and, therefore, increase the value.
By evaluating how other developments and projects have integrated their stormwater systems into the public use of a space, we can consider how to utilize these diverse benefits into future designs.
All River Talks are free and open to the public and this talk is geared to the development community. You may reserve an optional lunch for $11 (payment taken on-site) or you may bring your own.
Doors open and lunch will be available at 11:30 am, the presentation will run from 12:00-12:50 and will be followed by a question and answer session.
