Mary Frances Moquin is the Operations Manager at the Cumberland River Compact. In her role, Mary Frances handles all operations for the Compact including billing and general management. Mary Frances has a degree in Environmental Sustainability, and minor in Forestry, from Sewanee: The University of the South and is currently pursuing a MS in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver.
She is a certified Notary Public for Davidson County. Before her time at the Compact, Mary Frances interned with multiple Nashville environmental non-profits, as well as worked as a paralegal. She enjoys hiking and is an avid fly fisherman, taking many float trips throughout Tennessee to fish.
