KAAREN MAY

Kaaren is an active community volunteer, focusing her efforts on environmental and educational causes. This overlap of missions initially drew her to the Cumberland River Compact. She has been a Compact board member for six years, chairing the Marketing Committee, co-chairing events, fundraising, and helping to raise awareness about the Compact’s critical work. Kaaren is married to Ben May, they have three daughters and one precious grandson. She is also a Friends of Warner Park board member. In her spare time, Kaaren enjoys hiking, gardening, and brainstorming new and fun ways to get children to love the outdoors as much as she does.
