Trees are an important part of our ecosystem and provide many benefits like erosion control, stormwater infiltration, oxygen production, carbon sequestration, and animal habitats. There are hundreds of tree species across Tennessee. In this video, join us to explore some tips on how to identify trees, common trees in Tennessee, and their benefits. Plus, we’ll show you how to get started with planting your own tree.
