Disciplinary Core Idea
LS4:  Biological Change: Unity and Diversity

Our streams and rivers are home to many different plants and animals! In this activity, you will learn about the traits and adaptations that benthic macroinvertebrates (our Creek Critters!) have to survive in their aquatic habitat. Each student  will design their own critter and describe how its traits help it to survive.
