Rain Garden Planting & Mulching

Volunteer with the Cumberland River Compact to plant a Rain Garden in Clarksville! The 600-square-foot Rain Garden will collect and clean rainwater before it runs into the West Fork Red River. Participate in planting native plants and mulching and enjoy a day spent at a beautiful park along the West Fork Red River!

Clarksville Prairie Restoration

Pollard Road Trailhead, 1101 Pollard Rd, Clarksville, TN 37042

Volunteer with the Cumberland River Compact to plant a Pocket Prairie in Clarksville! The 5,000-square-foot Pocket Prairie will be filled with native plants that filter rainwater flowing from an impervious parking lot before it runs into the West Fork Red River. Participate in planting native plants and mulching and enjoy a day spent gardening outside.
