The Cumberland River Compact and Root Nashville are working to replant trees in tornado-affected neighborhoods across Davidson County. This East Nashville planting, in the neighborhoods of Rosebank and Barclay Drive, is generously sponsored by Emmanuel Zunz of local company ONErpm.

Volunteers will be helping to plant large trees and should anticipate digging, lifting, and mulching, so please wear appropriate outdoor attire. Volunteers will also need their own transportation to travel to multiple planting addresses when necessary, but many sites are also walkable.

We are proud to welcome Mayor Cooper to help us kick-off this event right at the start time of 10 a.m., so we encourage volunteers to arrive a bit early.

Please register prior to coming. We will contact you to confirm your spot and to provide more details about the meeting location. Each event is capped at a maximum number of volunteers to adhere to local social distancing guidelines.
