A limited number of $500 stipends will be given to farmers with demonstrated need. Historically underserved farmers and ranchers (as defined by the USDA) will be given priority. However, any farmer who may need assistance with travel, childcare, or other costs to make attendance feasible is encouraged to apply for the stipend.
