Stephens Valley Tree Planting – March 13

March 13

Free

Plant trees and be a part of Tennessee’s biggest suburban stream restoration project. This project is planting native species like Sycamore and Oak along a newly restored stream channel in the Stephens Valley neighborhood bordering the Natchez Trace. Bring your water bottle and wear clothes that can get muddy. We’ll have tools and supplies on site. This should be a very rewarding volunteer experience as the community comes together to plant nearly 1000 trees the week of March 11th to improve stream habitat and water quality in the Harpeth River watershed.
