If so, your place of work is having, or soon will be, its annual employee (workplace) giving campaign. This is the time for you to choose your charity giving for the coming year via automatic payroll deduction. The Cumberland River Compact is a member of Community Shares, a federation of Tennessee social change organizations, which work for economic, environmental, and social justice in communities around the state and have joined together to raise money cooperatively to advance their missions, primarily through employee, workplace giving campaigns.
It’s Easy to Choose to Give:
Giving to us through your workplace giving campaign is easy because it happens through automatic payroll deduction. You simply:
- Decide how much you want to give us per paycheck;
- Put our code on your workplace giving (designation) form; and
- Give your form to your human resources person.
- That’s it!
For just a few dollars each paycheck, you can help support the Cumberland River Compact and the important work we do. For instance, $2 per week = $104 annual gift!
To designate the Compact as your choice in your workplace giving campaign, use the code that matches your workplace or campaign. Our codes are:
Metro Nashville Govt., Nashville Electric Service (NES), and Nashville Metro & Davidson Co. Schools, and Vanderbilt University and VU Medical Center – Cumberland River Compact Code: 11069
State Employees and TECC – Cumberland River Compact Code: CS443
Federal Employees and CFC – Cumberland River Compact Code: 98051
TN Board of Regents (45 educational institutions statewide) – Cumberland River Compact Code: C02-069
